Our Trade Program is designed for interior designers, decorators, architects, and other design professionals working on residential or commercial projects.

As a valued Trade member, you’ll receive exclusive access to preferred pricing on our curated selection of vintage and artisan rugs, plus early access to new arrivals and limited-edition pieces. Enjoy personalized support from our dedicated trade concierge team, complimentary swatch samples, the option to take rugs out on memo, and the opportunity to host clients in our showroom to support your design process.
How do I apply for the Trade Program?
Applying is simple. Complete our Trade Program Application Form and submit the required documentation, including your resale license or professional credentials. Our team will review your application and respond within 1 business day.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order quantity to enjoy the benefits of our Trade Program. However, certain promotional offers may have specific terms, which will be clearly communicated on site.
How do I place an order with my Trade discount?
Once approved, log in to your Trade account on our website. Your exclusive pricing will automatically reflect on eligible products in the cart. Proceed to checkout as usual, and your discount will be applied.
Can I use my Trade discount in-store?
Yes, your Trade discount is available for in-store purchases. Please inform our staff at checkout that you’re a Trade Program member and provide the email associated with your account.
Can I request swatches or samples?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatches to our Trade members to assist in your design decisions. You can request swatches through this page or by contacting our Trade Concierge.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes, we provide tax-exempt purchasing for qualifying Trade members. To set this up, please submit your resale certificate during the application process or contact our trade support team for assistance.
Can I combine my Trade discount with other promotions?
Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or markdowns. Your Trade pricing represents our best year-round value of 15% off. If shopping a sitewide promotion (e.g. 20% off sitewide), make sure to log out of your trade account for that discount to be applied.
Do you offer custom or COM (Customer’s Own Material) options?
Yes, we offer custom options, including the use of Customer’s Own Material for select made-to-order pieces. Please contact our Trade Concierge to discuss your specific requirements.
