Next ProjectThe Manila Villa Project is the showpiece property for a three building development in the Temescal district of Oakland. Our studio was approached to stage it for sale and the developer —who is a longtime Vintage Rug Shop customer—completely handed over the creative reigns to us. It was important for each of the units to blend stylistically but maintain a distinct sense of flow. Using the charm of the 1900’s architecture as our inspiration, we went with an elegant but earthy color palette and a warm, collected style. We couldn’t be happier with how it all came together!
As part of a special online collection, we’ve made all of the pieces from the project available to our customers.
